Also, BUILDINGS FOR REMOVAL. The Auctioneers have very much pleasure in directing the attention of all classes of buyers to this unrivalled section. To an enterprising firm of Blacksmiths, combining the other va'ious departments requisite for carrying on such a large business, this x osition opens up the prospect of a certain fortune. To Capitalists it presents so many favorable views that to attempt to point them out would not only be altogether unnecessary, but quite uncalled for. It is now universally granted that the Railway Station will be on the section immediately behind, or at most only one section removed. This fact alone is one of the great points to be considered in the purchase of town property. When it became known that the station was to be erected in that quarter of the town, property in the neighborhood took a very decided rise ; although this has been known only to a few, still thefew have benefited by this knowledge.
