Meek and John Scott, to offer for positive sale, at above time and place— The Partnership Interest in 2905 Acres of FIRST-CLASS LAND in the Hakateramea District, being land comprised in License to occupy Nos. 29,413, 29,414, and 29,419, Province of Canterbury, and leased by Messrs. Burt, Moody, and Bruce, to John Scott. The lease has five years to run from the 20th December, 1878, at a low ground rent. There is a right of purchase at three pounds per acre.
