AUCTIONEERS' REPORTS. j|r.A. H. Maude reports having held a sale at M'Kay's Yards on Saturday last of horses, &c», on account of Mcssts. L. G. Fen wick, Willets, Hargraves, and other vendors. There was a very large attendance of buyers and the bidding wa3 brisk throughout. Calves fetched 21s; 15month heifers, 22s 6d to L 3 15s; IS-month heifers, L 3 to L 5 7s 6d ; milch cows, L 3 to Lll ; fat cows, L 7 to LS 15s ; fat steers, L 6 7s 6d to L 7 15s, or equal to 22s per cwt; draught mares, L 25 to L 32 ; draught geldings, L2sto L 45; light harness horae, Ll4 ; Li to Lll; farm waggon, L 35 10a. Harness fetched fair rates. Messrs. Connell and Clowes report that they sold by auction on Saturday, the 24th April, under instructions from the Registrar of the Supreme Conrt, the following sections in France's Block :—Section 13, to Mr. J. Jennings, price L 153; section 1/, to Mr. James Gemmell, price L 15 2; section 18, to Mr. James Steel, price L 18 5; section 19, to Mr. C. Galbraith, price LISO. They also ? sold by auction at their store, on Saturday last, on account of the divisee and executor in the estate of the late C. J. Prendergast: Section 5, block 45, Oamaru town, to Rev. W. Coleman, price L 307; section 15, block 24, Oamaru town, to Mr. Anthony Kodgers, for L 305. They report, for the week ending Saturday, 24th inst., by private bargain: On account of J. A. Sntton, Esq., sections 1, 2, and 3, block 76, Oamaru town, with seven-roomed house thereon known as CreifF Lodge, to Rev. J. A. Fenton, price L 750. On account of Mr. William Glass, sections 20, 21, and 22, block 76, Oamaru town, to Rev. J. A. Fenton, price L2lO. On account of Mr. William Perrett, his farm known as Springfield, near Totara, consisting of about 160 acres land, with buildings, to Edmund Gibson, Esq., price L2O per acre. They report an active demand for good suburban and country properties, several of which they have now placed under offer. Mr. George Greenfield reports that he held a sale of furniture, fruit, plated goods, &C., at his mart, Thames-street, on Saturday, when the attendance was large and the bidding spirited for all lot 3 submitted. He also reports that he offered for sale at 2 o'clock on Saturday, at his horse repository, hacks, harness, &c., when one light draught horse wa3 sold at from LS to US.

Laery and Campbell report sales : Wheat, 3a lOd to 4s; barley, 3a: oats, 23 2d; maize, 4a; pollard, 5s to 5s lOd ; oatmeal, 12s per cwt; fiour, 13s per lOOlbs; bran, 3a lOd ; fresh butter, lid; salt butter, 7d to 9(1; cheese, 6d ; bacon, lld ; hams, Is; eggs, 2a 6d; onion?, Ss to 9a; fowb and ducks, 4s to 4s 6d ; apples, Ss to Us ; peas, 10a to 12s; quinces, $d to Id per lb ; grapes, 5a to 10s per keg; walnuts, lOd ; Hobart Town jams, 6s 6d per dozen.
