The Conservative papers foreshadow a change of Ministry. Both the Liberal candidates have been elected by a large majority for Soutliwark, thus reversing the decision of the 13th February, when a Conservative was elected to fill the place of the deceased Liberal membep. April 3, The Liberals have gained nineteen seats to-day ; the total numbers gained being 50 Liberals, and 20 Conservatives. Mr. Bradlaugh, a Radical candidate, has been elected by a large majority for Northampton. A change of Ministry is considered inevitable, and the Times publishes a paragraph stating that it is quite probable that Lord Granville will form a Ministry. St. Petersburgh, April 3.
