Lot I—The INCHOLME ESTATE, of 1349 acres, comprises some of the best land in the Oamaru district. It is covered with Red Clover, knee deep. For wheat-growing purposes it cannot be beaten—if equalled—in the Southern Hemisphere, as wheats grown on this Estate took First Prize three years in succession as wheat, flour, and bread, at the Oamaru Show. This property will be sold in lots to suit purchasers. Lot 2—Four Full TOWN SECTIONS in the centre of the Town of Oainaru. On one of the sections are erected the Offices and Store of Messrs. The herd of Ayrsliires is unusually choice, the owners having gone to great expense in selecting from the best strains of imported and colonial bred stock. The prize-list of every show at which the above have competed gives evidence of the success with which their efforts have been attended. For purity of blood, quality, and size combined, they stand unrivalled in the southern hemisohere. As breeders and owners of Draught Horses, Fleming and Hedley have long stood pre-eminent, and we are confident in asserting that, for such a number of highclass Draught Breeding Stock, possessing Bone, Hairj Quality, and Substance, they stand unrivalled in New Zealand, a good proportion of the young stock being by that Prince of Sires, Young Vanquisher. The Ayrshire Cattle require no comment, having established their reputation, and a name for their owners in every Show Yard wherever exhibited.
