MAUDE • has received instructions from the Mortgagee to sell by public auction, at above time and place— The Remainder of Municipal Lease of Section 7, Block 73, Oatnarn Town, with a substantial Four-roomed Stone Dwelling House, and other improvements thereon, presently occupied by Mr. James King. The buildings are substantially constructed of stone, and will store 15,000 bags. The machinery consists of three pairs of stoneß, together with all the necessary apparatus for cleaning grain and silk-dressing flour in the most approved manner, the whole being driven by a horizontal high pressure engine, with tubular boiler ; all in good order. Also, Freehold of Section 15, Block 25, Oamaru Town Leasehold of front half of Section 14, Block 25, Oamaru Town, with two 4-roomed Cottages thereon, now let to good tenants. The Auctioneer desires to draw the particular attention of millers and others to this important sale, as he feels convinced that no more favorable opportunity than the present is likely to offer itself to persons wishing to enter into the milling business, which is, and for long has been, the most profitable industry in the colony. The Oamaru District is celebrated for the pioduction of wheat which, being grown on land having a limestone formation, renders it equal to Adelaide wheat.
