TELEGRAMS.
AUCKLAND. December 20. The Rev. Joseph Berry ami Mr. Foster Grant, the Lincolnshire deputation, will visit Waikato early next week, to inspect laud for the Lincolnshire farmers. Arrived with 32 passengers, and live bulls and one cow (shorthorns). The stock arrived in safety. It rained all night and up till noon, spoiling the holiday, and greatly affecting the attendance at the races. The weather afterwards cleared up slightly, but i 3 still threatening.
