DUNEDIN RACES. Duxedijt , November 28. " Pergasus " in the Star says that weather more unfavorable for the meeting could not be. To this fact and the small amount of betting may be attributed the lack of interest in the races. Various horses are entered for so many races that it is impossible to say what they will start for, so that one must remain in the dark. For the Free Handicap I fancy Chancellor. In the Ladies' Purse, if Hornby is reserved for the St. Andrew's Handicap, Iprefer Chancellor, notwithstandinghe will have a race in him. The St. Andrew's Handicap, if all run, will, I think, fall to Hornby, Rangatira, and Camballo, and in that order I like them. The trot should be won by Zulu or Little Nell. The Spring Handicap depends greatly on the result of the St. Andrew's Handicap, but I prefer Titania.
