ERECTION OF TIMBER DRYING ROOMS. —The difficulty <>xperienced by all consumers in procurin suppliesof thoronghly Seasoned Timber is well known, and h-is induced the Company to erect at very considerable coat a complete set of Drying Rooms, capable of seasoning in one parcel over 100,000 feet of timber, to meet thi« much-felt want. The Drying Rooms are now in full work, and the result has fully justified the expense incurred. It is intended to use only such timber as has been subjected to this process in making up Furniture and Woodware, and this cannot far to favorably influence the demand for the Company's Manufactures. The attention of Builders and Contractors n specially drawn to the advantages derivable from Ui< use of timber which has undergone this process of seasoning, and which are: A perfect freedom from clinging, and a consequent absence of the unseemly joints so ■noticeable in ordinary workmanship, as well as a greater durability in the material employed. A knowledge of these facts must eventually lead to the extensive use of this Reasoned Timber in all works were such advantages are a desideratum. SEASONED TIMBER for the Trade will be supplied on favorable terms, which can be learned on application at the Company's Offices personally, or by letter. The Factory may now be considered the most elaborate of its kind in the world, and the expedition with which the most intricate orders can be dispatched will commend itself to the public. THE HARDWARE DEPARTMENT stocks are of the most complete description, and are being largely added to on the arrival of each vessel i'rom the British and American markets. The Company is prepared to supply customers with every requisite in the Ironmongery trade at the lowest market rates. THE FURNITU. KE DEPARTMENT ■ -possesses a special feature in the introduction of local woods into the manufactures, ;and the successful sale of articles of this mature marks the appreciation of the ComToany's efforts in this direction. Special attention is given to use only such timber for this class of work as has been thoroughly seasoned by the new process lately introduced by the Company, and Customers can therefore be guaranteed against the failure of any articles from the use of unseasoned timber.
