TO THE EDITOR OF THE OAMAKU MAIL. Sir, —I quite agree with the remarks of "Omnibus" in the columns of you? contemporary a few days ago, and, in addition to tho reasons given by him why the volunteers should not hold a sham fight in the centre of tho town, I would point out there may be sick people all round the ground where the fight takes place, £tnd the big gun practice certainly would not tend to help their * Quite as good a site could be chosen--./ the Breakwater-road, and no annoyanc'o would be caused.—l am, &c., Nu«SB.
