DUNEDIN. November 1. At Tuesday's meeting of the City Council Mr. Fish will move, " That the Town Clerk be instructed to intimate to the proprietors of tlie Princess Theatre that a continuance of the objectionable portions of performances now being given by the Loftus Troupe, or a recurrence of such entertainments in future, will involve a suspension or cancellation of his license;" also, a notice of motion " As to whether steam motive power is not dangerous for tramways in the narrow streets of Dunedin."
