ERECTION OP TIMBER DRYING ROOMS. —The difficulty experienced by all consumers in procuring supplies of thoroughly Seasoued Timber is well known, and has induced, the Company to erect at very considerable cost a complete set of Drying Rooms, capable of seasoning in one parcel over 100,0'!0 feet r.f timber, to meet this much-felt want. The Drying Rooms are now in full work, and tho result has fully justified the expense incurred. It is intended to use only such timber as has been subjected to this process in making up Furniture and Wood ware, and this caunot fail to favorably iidluence tho demand for tho Company's Manufactures. The attention of Builders and Contractors is specially drawn to the advantages derivable from tho use of timber which lias undergone this process of seasoning, and which aro: A perfect freedom from clinging, and a consequent absence of the unseemly joints so noticeable in ordinary workmanship, as well as a greater durability in the material employed. A knowledge of these facts must eventually lead to the extensive use of this Seasoned Timber in all works were such advantages are a desideratum. SEASONED TIMBER for tho Trade will ba supplied on favorable terms, which can be learned on application at the Company's Offices personally, or by letter. FACTORY DEPARTMENT.—The alteration to the Factory, just completed, has enabled the introduction of various new woodworking-machines, rendered necessary by the constantly increasing demand for woodwaro of the Company'd manufacture. The Ff.ctory may now be considered the most elaborate of its kind in the world, and the expedition, with which tho most intricate orders can be dispatched will commend itself to the publio. THE HARDWARE DEPARTMENT stocks are or the moat complete description, and are being largely added to on the arrival of each vessel from the British and American markets. The Company is prepared to supply customers with every requisite in the Ironmongery trade at tho lowest market rates. THE FURNITURE DEPARTMENT possesses a special feature in the introduction of local woods into the manufactures, and the successful sale of articles of thia nature marks the appreciation of the Company's efforts in this direction. Special attention is given to use only such timber for this class of work as has been thoroughly seasoned by the new process lately introduced by the Company, and Customers can therefore be guaranteed against the failure of any articles from the use of unseasoned timber.
