Mr. Deiini.ston applied for his discharge, which Mr. Cook, acting for Charles V.'oodlock, opposed. An order was made admitting him to bail, himself in LIOQ and a surety in LSO. The further hearing of the matter is adjourned till Saturday. In Banco, on the application of the Law Society, the judge granted a rule nisi on the motion to strike Mr. Nation, solicitor, off the Roll. Mr. Macassey's affidavit showed large misappropriations of the firm's moneys and trust moneys. The former amount to L 1730.
