The attention of Builder.-) and Contractors is specially drawn to the advantages derivable from the use of timber which has undergone this process of seasoning, and which are: A perfect frerd.mi fcvm clinging, and a consequent absence of the unseemly joints so noticeable in ordinary workmanship, as well as a greater durability in the material employed. A knowledge of these facts must eventually lead to the extensive uso of this Seasoned Timber in all works were such advantages are a desideratum. SEASONED TIMBER for the Trade will be supplied on favorable terms, which cau be learned on application at the Company's Offices personally, or by letter. FACTORY DEPARTMEN T.—The alteration to the Factory, just completed, has enabled the introduction of various new woodworking-machines, rendered necessary by the constantly increasing demand for woodware of the Company's manufacture. The Fsctory may now be considered the most elaborate of its kind in the world, and the expedition with which the most intricate orders can be dispatched will commend itself to the public. THE HARDWARE DEPARTMENT stocks are of the most complete description, and are being largely added to on the arrival of each vessel from the British and American markets. The Company is prepared to supply customers with every requisite in the Ironmongery trade at the lowest market rates. THE FURNITURE DEPARTMENT possesses a special feature in the introduc-. tion of local woods into the manufactures, and the successful sale of articles of this nat'ire marks the appreciation of the Company's efforts in this direction. Special attention is given to use only such timber for this class of work as has been thoroughly seasoned by the new process lately introduced by the Company, and Customers can therefore be guaranteed against the failure of any articles from the use of unseasoned timber. The stocks of imported goods comprise a line selection of Dining-room, Drawing-room, and Bedroom Suites in a variety of designs; Pianos by the best makers ; a selection o Parisian goods ; and every requisite for complete furnishing.
