VALUABLE FREEHOLD PROPERTY, Known as the Oamaru Crown Flour Mills. In drawing attention to this sale, the Anctioneer would observe that the above property ha 3 been pronounced by competent judges to be the best milling property in Xcw Zealand. The building is a four-storev stone structure, 120 feet long by 54 feet wide, situated on the main southern railway line. There is a private siding with turntable, and rails laid through the mill, thereby saving all cartage. The engine 13 a compound tandum, with 12 and 20 inch cylinders. There are only at present five pairs of stones, but the engine is capable of driving eight to ten pairs.
