(from our own correspondents.) DUNEDIN. August 29. Messrs. Driver, Hogg (working man's candidate), and Barr (Greyite), are nominated for Roslyn. The show of hands was in Mr. Driver's favor. His election' is considered a certainty. Four insolvencies were filed this week, which include Fitz-Clarence Roberts, late runholder ; liabilities L 1566, assets L 2274. One clerk files with debts L 22. Hawkins is further remanded for a w >.ek. The nomination for the Waikaia took place at Tapanui to-day. The candidates nominated were Messrs. Mackenzie, Ireland, Bennett, and Johnstone.
