SHIPPING TELEGRAMS. Port CttAtAtERS, August 25. Sailed Thomas Stephens, ship, for Guam. Arrived —Blair Drutnmond, consigned to the New Zealand Shipping Company. She brings 6- passengers, and 200© tons cargo, 120© tons of which is railway iron. She had very poor trade winds, and almost a total absence of westerlies across the Southern Ocean, and was driven aa far as lat.. 5& S. during a heavy N.E. gale.
