(reuter's telegram, perpress association.) Melbourne, August 16. Some believe that the robbers of the bank at Lancefield were Ned Kelly and Hart, but nothing definite is known. Later. It is almost certain that the Commercial Bank robbers were not the Kellys. August 18. It is believed that the Commercial Bank robbers are two escaped prisoners. Black trackers are in their pursuit. Owing to heavy rains, tracking is rendered very difficult. (SPECIAL TO PEESS ASSOCIATION.) Sydney, August 16. Arrived—Hero, .from Auckland.
