'P'l&t piece of land in Block 95 lying between Itchen - street, Severnstreet, the Railway, and Section 1 of Hertslett's Claim, to be set apart as a site for Public Buildings ; and 2 acres, 2 roods, 26 poles of Reserve D, lying between Chelmer-street extension, the Town Belt West, and the Railway, to be set apart as a site for a new Gaol. c. Section 11, Block 75, to be transferred to the Otago School Commissioners (to complete the site for the new South School), in exchange for Educational Section 14, Block 37, to be transferred to the Corporation.
