Daring the past fortnight there have been some fluctuations in prices on the com market, ami many descriptions at one time showed an improvement of Is to 2s per quarter. owing to a speculative demand, but as heavy oilers of the American new crop for July-August shipment were afterwards made, this advance was lost, and weakness again prevails. There is still a good Continental demand for Califomian, and the lietter description of red arriving at port of call, and considerable parcels of American and Black Sea wheat have been sent direct to the Mediterranean and Nortli of France. Califomian wheat, «>ft" the coast, is worth about -15s "nl, and Oregon, 4Gs Cd per 5001b, c.f. and i. to United Kingdom. Australian wheat alloat has been lately sold at 4Gs 6d to 475, c.f. and i. to United Kingdom, and 47s to 47s tid for the Continent. Adelaide wheat on passage to London was sold last week at 45s Cd. They quote on the spot, Australian wheat, 47s fid to 4SsGd, and New Zealand. 40s to 4Gs per 4001b. Australian flour, 27s to 32a per 2801b. TALLOW AND HIDES. The tallow market has b en rjuiet, and prices are again slightly lower, the value today of good to tine Xew Ze-land mutton being 33* to 345, and beef, 31s to 31s Od per cask. The Home supply still continues gnod, and as shipments from the Co'onies are likely to be large, they see nothing in prospect to oau-e any material improvement. The present stock of Australian tallow is now about SOOO casks. Hides continue in moderate request, and present prices are, for heavy, 4Ad to 4jd, and light, Gil, and cows, 4.1 to 4gd per lb.

At Boston the wool market was very active during the latter half of May, with a strong tone at the close. The outlook is better than for years.
