ERECTION, OF TIMBER DRYING ROOMS. —The difficulty experienced by all consumers in procuring supplies of thoroughly Seasoned Timber is well known, and has induced the Company to erect at very considerable cost a complete set of Drying Ro6ms, capable of seasoning in one parcel over 100,000 feet of timber, to meet this much-felt want. The Drying Rooms are now in full work, and the result has fully justified the expense incurred. It is intended to use only such timber as has been subjected to this process in making up Furniture and Woodware, and this cannot fail to favorably influence the demand for the Company's Manufactures. The attention of Builders and Contractors is specially drawn to the advantages derivable from the use of timber which has undergone this process of seasoning, and which are: A perfect freedom from clinging, and a consequent absence of the unseemly joints so noticeable in ordinary workmanship, as well as a greater durability in the material employed. A knowledge of these facts must eventually'lead to the extensive use of this Seasoned Timber in. all works were such advantages are a desideratum. SEASONED TIMBER for the Trade mil be supplied on favorable terms, which can be learned on application at the Company's Offices personally, or by letter. FACTORY DEPARTMENT. The . alteration to the Factory, just completed, has crial iled the introduction of various new woodworking-machines, rendered necessary by the constantly increasing demand for woodware of the Company's manufacture. The Factory may now be considered the most elaborate of its kind in the world, and the expedition with which the most intricate orders can be dispatched will commend itself to the public-

THE FURNITURE DEPARTMENT possesses a special feature in the introduction of local woods into the manufactures, and the successful sale of articles of this nature marks the appreciation of the Company's elForts in this direction. Special attention is given to use only such timber for this class of work a3 has been thoroughly seasoned by the new process lately introduced by the Company, and Customers can therefore be guaranteed against the failure of any articles from the u?e of unseasoned timber.
