Isabella Johnston, for having no lawful visible means of support, was again placed in the box.
Inspector Thomson said he had made inquiries about the accused, and had found that neither her friends nor the Benevolent Society would have anything to do with her, on account of her drinking propensities.
His Worship said he would sentence her to six ■weeks' imprisonment. LAEOEIfy. Mary Lyst-er was pliarged with stealing G photographs and 3 books (value 14a), the propercy of F. W. 0. Grant.
