The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted : BLOCK I. About 4SO Acres near Island Cliff, Maerewhenua; 180 Acres of the land is now under rape, the balance in tussock. BLOCK ll.—About 400 Acres adjoining the above. The lessor to have permission to take a crop of rape off this land, should he wish to do so, said rape to be fed off in time for the lessees to plough the second time. BLOCK 111.
