Mr. ♦fenr.tfw Greenfield reports that he held a sale of horses, cows, furmtnrey Ac., at Mr. itoreham's. Ptokeurt Point, yesterday. The attendance w:» small and the bidding very slack. The freehold property not reaching the vendor's reserve was passed in. bat will probably he sold privately. There was only one cow sold, at L 7. and a little of the furniture at fair rates.
