A crowded public meeting was held last night (the Mayor in the chair), for the purpose of eonskiermg certain resolutions to be introduced in a memorial for pre-senlaii-')i tii Harbor Board, ill favor Napier. (Prolonged cheers.) Messrs. Dransiield, Sutton, De Lautour, and Ellis were amongst the speakers who addressed the meeting.
