At the Kaiapoi Trial, February 7th, 187S, the FIRST PRIZE, given by the Farmers' Club, was awarded to the M'Cormick Machine. At the Oamaru Trial, February 27th, 1878, THE GOLD MEDAL Given by the Northern Agricultual and Pa? toral Association, Oamaru, Otago, wa awarded to the M'Cormick Machine. At the Ashburton County Trial, at Methven, on March 6th, 187S, the FIRST PRIZE was awarded to the dri-ver of the only M'Cormick Machine present in competitior with Twelve Machines of another make. At the Public Trial, held under the aus pices of the Otago Agricultural and Pastoral Association, at the Grange, Taieri, on March 16th, 1878, the thirty Judges appointed were unanimous in awarding the FIRST PRIZE TO THE M'CORMICK MACHINE.
