NEW PLYMOUTH.

January 23.

Mr. George Cutfield, one of the founders of the New Plymouth settlement, who arrived here in the ship-' Oriental, on November 19, 1841, died this morning, at the age of 79 years. This is the third old settler that has died within the month j at the advanced- age of three score years and ten.
