Mr. Richardson, Collector of Customs at Belfast, pleaded guilty to embezzlement to the extent of' L2WO.
The Kellys were reported as having been seen on Friday on the I.aehlan. They had four fine hf>;ses and pack horses. When noticed, they broke eamp;>ad rode vapidly away, abandoning a pr. -k horse which was knocked up. Two troopers; and three black trackers procured revolving titles from the neighboriitgstation. and; pursued them mi Saturday, nt l d ar„ now following their tracks. They have not since been heard of.
