MR. DIEHL'S SALE.

Messrs. Fleming and Hcdley will sell, on Thursday next, at the Royal Hotel, Otepopo, the whole of Mr. Diehl's live and dead stock and freehold land, a long list of which appears in the sale notice in another column. We learn that Mr. Diehl's sale is a genuine clearing sale, brought about by his retirement from farming. We cannot do better than refer our readers to the auctioneers' announcement for full particulars of the stock, laud, &c, to be sold, but would specially direct attention to the fact that intending purchasers may leave Oamaru by the 9 a.m. goods train, and return by the ordinary evening train.
