Dunedin, October 22. The -following cablegrams have been received by the Star : London, October 21.
The Australian exhibitors at the Paris Exhibition are offended because the British Government prevent the conferring of the legion of honor on exhibitors. The Australian exhibition officials have been banqueted. Owen and the Glasgow bank directors have been arrested for conniving at frauds.
