That Magnificent Building, just finished, and known as the Horse Bazaar, 90ft. x 50ft., containing 14 Stalls, 4 Loose Boxes, Harness Room, and Spacious Lofts. Outside are Tanks, Well, and all necessary appliances, together with Coach-house capable of holding a dozen Buggies ; a clear run or right-of-way of 16 feet passes through the building from Queenstreet to Shearman-street. 3. The Sale Yards, sub-divided into 8 pens, with the entrance from Shearman-street: also, the Sole Right of Selling in the Bazaar and the Auction Rooms fronting Highstreet, with a back entrance to the Bazaar and Sale Yards.
