Waitaki, Captain Edie, arrived in port at (5 o'clock this morning from Dunedin with 24 passengers and GO tons of cargo. She will return again to Dunedin at 8 o'clock this evening. . The schooner Roaanna Rose, Captain Helgcaon, arrived from Dunedin yesterday to load with produce for Auckland on account of Mr. U, Sumpter. The ketch Prince Rupert came into port from the Bluff yesterday evening. She bainga a cargo of timber consigned to Mr. ;H.
