The Lease of those centrally-situated Premises, comprising Two Shops, or Offices, neatly finished, and fronting on Queen-street. 2. That Magnificent Building, just finished, aud known as the Horse Bazaar, 90ft. x 50ft., containing 14 Stalls, 4 Loose Boxes, Harness Room, aud Spacious Lofts. Outside are Tanks, "Well, and all necessary appliances, together with Coach-house capable of holding a dozen Buggies ; a clear run or right-of-way of 16 feet passes through the building from Queenstreet to Shearrnan-street.

The Sale Yards, sub-divided into 8 pens, with the entrance from Shearman-street; also, the Sole Right of Selling in the Bazaar and the Auction Rooms fronting Highstreet, with a back entrance to the Bazaar and Sale Yards. To the purchaser of this lot the Vendor guarantees all his Auction Sales of Timber for the term of lease. The attention of Auctioneers is specially directed to the above lots. Owing to the extent of the District, and the large areas around Waimate about to be cut up and sold, together with the increasing and now extensive Stock. Exchange, an opportunity presents itself to an enterprising firm of ability and creditable position which should lead to a competency in a very few years. 4. Immediately after the above lots the Sale will commence with 10 Firstclass Draught Geldings, and 30 Draught Horses, broken and unbroken. Some of the above Geldings will be found equal to anything ever offered in the Waimate District. SECOND DAY. About 250 Head of Store Cattle, mixed ages and sexes, hand-fed and quiet. A Prime Draft of Fat Young Bullocks, bred by M. Studholme, Esq., Prime Draft of Fat Sheep, from Messrs. Parker Brothers, Waiho Estate. THIRD DAY. 100 Acres of Laud, immediately adjoining the Township of Waimate, j to be sold in Quarter-Acre, Half-! Acre, and Acre Sections. Plana of these Sections will be issued in A Large Quantity of Farm Produce, Oats, Wheat, &c. Sale to commence each day at Noon.
