At the Waste Lands Board to-day Mr. Gellibrand applied for the lease for four years of run 20. The Board will ask the Government to offer part of the run by auction when the lease expires, which will not be till ISS2. Mr. Hugh Calder asked io purchase 12.000 acres on runs 177 to 257, but the application was adjourned pending the report.
