DUNTROON.
(FROM A COItRE.SI'O^KEXT.) In accordance with advertisement, the householders of Duntroon met last evening at Harris' Hotel, and fixed the boundaries of the School District as follows : North, by the Waitaki River ; South, by the Livingstone School District ; East, by the Awamoko School District ; west, by the OtekaiLs Creek.. A ballot was afterwards taken for the election of a School O'lnmittee, which resulted as follows: Messrs. A. A. Smith, G, A. Harris, J. D. Collins, F. J. Spenoe, E. C. Smith, Archibald Grant, and A. Bell. The Committee met immediately after, and elected P. J. Spence as Secretary and E. C. Smith as Chairman. A good deal of preliminary business was gone into, and the Secretary was requested to write and advise the Education Board as to result.
