PUBLIC NOTICES PROSPECTUS OF THE OTAGO SLATE COMPANY (LIMITED). Capital £IOO,OOO (In 50,000 Shares of £2 each). Calls—Two Shillings and Sixpence p.-r Share on application ; and Two Shillings and Sixpence per Share on allotment;. It is aaticipated that no further Calls will be made .upon the Shareholders until such time as it may be found necessary to construct a Branch Railway to connect the works with the Main Line of Railway at Maheno or Otepopo. The present Proprietors of the Slate Quarry agree to dispose of their interest to the Company for the sum of £15,000, of which amount, according to the certificate of W. N. Blair, C.E., £7501) has been already expended in permanent works. For this sum of £15,000, the present Proprietors of the Quarry will take payment in fully paid-up shares, and undertake not to dispose of any portion of their interests for a period of two years.
