At the expiration of the first financial period of the Company, the Directors will offer to persons who may have previously insured the right of taking up at par (viz., on payment of the ealled-up capital only, which will not exceed ten shillings per share) one of the reserved shares for eyepy £1 of Insurance Premium paid by them, whether from Fire or Marine risks. The Company will be prepared to undertake Fire and Marine Risks at THE LOWEST CURRENT RATES, On and after Monday, the 24th June, at the offices of the agent.
