MUNICIPAL CONFERENCE.

Wfci.LixoiTON, Aug. 1. At the meeting of the Conference today there was considerable discussion on the clauses relating to streets. Several notices of motion were given on the subject to bo considered, to-morrow. Mr. Power, from the Thames, gave notice that ho would move that ebviae ii'd.o be altered so as its provide for the erection of buildings on street level, prevention of the accumulation of stagnant water in hollows, and the proper control of cellars.
