George Harper, publican, of Ngapara, was charged with having, on the loth instant, committed a breach of section U'.t of the railway bye-laws, by getting into n railway carriage while in motion without the sanction of general manager or other authorised oflicer to do so.

Defendant pleaded guilty. The. evidence of Mr, Loring, District Station j\J:ir,t > ..r, was to the effect that on the date named ho saw the defendant rnr-uing towards the. railway platform.
