Sixth Division of Profits* The whole of the profits are divided amongst the assured, and bonuses to the amount of £910,000 have already been allotted. The last division of profits took place in IST-*, and the cash surplus then divided amounted to £235,000, giving additions lo policies averaging £3 per oent. per annum on the sum assured. The bonuses paid on policies becoming claims have varied from £ls per cent, on the sum assured for a policy of live years' standing to £l5O per cent, for one ov twenty-five years' duration. Bonuses become vested additions to policies when they have been full live years in force.
