July f>. Mr. Richmond Hursthouse, M.H.R., writes to the Chairman of the Education Board, asking his opinion regarding the voting powers given under clause 65 of the Education Act. Mr. Hursthouse says:—"l can hardly believe that 18 men, myself included, could let such an extraordinary provision be made law."
