The afternoons of Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays will be devoted to superior as well as plain cooking. The Erouing Classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays will bo devoted to the plainer style of cooking. Young ladies attending school during the week arc invited to attend the Saturday Lessons. The Lessons will be of .two hours' (or more) duration each day, between the hours of two and four in the afternoon and seven and nine in the evening. During the progress of the Lesson, the teacher will minutely describe the ingredients, quantities, mixing, time of cooking; in fact every detail incidental to the Lesson, j Pupils are requested to provide themselves with a small note-book and pencil, thai they may make their own notes, 'and thereby "retain what they could not trust to their memory.
