In re David Kirk .Rhodes. —In this Mr. O'Meagher applied for an order for the final discharge of the bankrupt.—Granted. Iu re James Robertson. —Mr. Balmer appeared for tlie debtor, and applied and obtained an order for his discharge. Iu re James Rodgers.—On the application of Mr. Hislop, an order for the discharge of the bankrupt was granted. PROBATE. On the application of Mr. Balmer, probate was granted to Dr. Webster, Mr. G. A. Fenwick, and Mrs. Fenwick, the trustees named in the will of the late Mr. George Thomas Fenwick. This was all the business, and the Court then adjourned.
