Cap-a-pie + Chester + Strathearn 3 This resulted in a dead heat between Cap-a-pie and Chester, Strathearn a bad third. Time, 3min. 47sec. Chester won the run-off by half a length after*a desperate race. CITY HANDICAP. Pardon 1 Maccaroni 2 Janitor 3
