This Valuable Propert}' is situated 11 miles from Oamaru, and 3 miles from the Maheno Railway Station, and is well watered. There is a substantial Seven-roomed House (with Orchard and Garden, well stocked with Fruit Trees), Three-roomed Cottage, Six-stalied Stable, Woolshed, I Chaff-house, Stock and Sheep Yards, &c, &c, on the Property, which is securely fenced (with live fences) and sub-divided into 17 paddocks. The land is almost all equal in quality t the productive Taieri or Edendale plains, am the remainder consists of rich sloping ridge of which nearly every acre is ploughable There is a frontage of eight miles to the Titi [>ua stream, and the property is well shel tered. The whole estate will be put up ti auction in lots as originally conveyed by Go vernment, and, in most cases, the purchase; will have the option of purchasing adjoining lots at the same price. The terms are un usually liberal, viz., 10s. cash per acre : th< balance in equal half-yearly payments ex tending over live years, bearing interest a 1 £S per cent, per annum. It will be seei: that this sale affords a rare opportunity oi securing excellent farms which, before the}' are paid for, will, in all probability, be worth many times their cost. At the same time and place will be sold, for the same owner, 737 acres, being section 114, Forest Hill Hundred, 256 and 327, Hokanui district. The laud is within four miles of the Limestone Plain Township railway station, and is one of the richest parts of the Benmore Estate. The land is deep and rich, and capable of producing heavy craps of wheat—as has already been tested by part of it having been cropped. It will be sold in one or two lots.
