Mail Optccr. Tuesday evening. There is not much change during the past ■week or so to report in the pr oes of grain. Numerous sales have taken place of small and medium parcels at tin- following rates : —Wheat, 4s 3.1 to 4s 4.1 : oats, 3s 3d to 3s 4d. DCXKDIN". The demand N still weak. and no pales of importance have been effected. Sales of northern, on the wharf.
