The land is almost the productive Taieri al in quality to idale plains, and I of which nearly every acre is plouglial>le. i There is a frontage of eight miles to the Titii [>ua stream, and the property is well sheltered. The whole estate will be put up to auction in lots as originally conveyed by Government, and. in most cases, the purchaser I will have the option of purchasing adjoining jots at the same price. The terms are unusually liberal, viz., 10s. cash per acre ; the balance in equal half-yearly payments extending over live years, bearing interest at £S per cent, per annum.
