Jacolio Moai, si.ii Italian, pleaded guilty to having' hten drunk mid disorderly in Thames-sitrout last evening, and was lined 10s. John Maxwell M'Kee. pleaded guilty to being drunk in Tiiames-street last evening, and was discharged with a caution. 11EFPSINO DUTY. Thomas Cahill was charged, on remand, with having, on the 23rd instant, refused duty on board the schooner Clyde. uoilie further evidence having been taken, his Worship dismissed the accused, remarking that insubordination appeared to be pretty general on board the schooner, and particularly adverting to r,he fact of the master himself having been charged with drunkenness that morning. ATTEMPTING TO COMMIT SUICIDE. Edward Rose was charged on remand with having, at Otepopo, on the sth inst., at tempted to commit suicide. The facts of this case have already been published. The accused was committed for trial at the next sitting of the District Court.
