SPECIAL CABLEGRAM.
DrxEnix. January 22. The following special cablegrams have been receive! by the Sfur: — »ynxEY, January 30. Further wool frauds have been discovered, bale., having inferior qualities being packed in the centre of what purported to be all washed. A cablegram has been received from America, stating that a revision of the tariff hua been passed, reducing the wool duty to 4f) esiits. January 31. A terrible collision occurred on the Western line, at the Blue Mountains. A goods train, going down au incline at great speed, ran into another train. The engines telescoped (ran one into the other). Three drivers and stokers were killed, ien others dying. The merchandise and tracks are burning.
