♦ AUCTIONEERS REPORTS. Mr A. H. Maude reports that he held a sale of cattle at White's Yards yesterday, i on account of Messrs. Lees and Moore and another vendor There was a large attendance of buyers and spirited bidding. The first lot of 10 (dry cows) was knocked down at T. 7 Iss. per head ; the second 10 do. do., Lfi 10s.; and the third (balance in pen) at L 4 153. 29 steers, half-fat bronght L 7 2s. 6d. each; 7 bullocks, nearly fat, L 7 7s 6d. each - 5 fat bullocks, LlO ss. each: 5 do., L 9 3s. each; 5 do.. L 8 6s. each; 11 do., nrarly fat, L 7 fe. each ; pen of 12 yearlings, T 3 9* per head : pen of 55 cows, with calves at foot, L 7 each. The rest of the cattle fetched good prices according to quality.
